Healthy Snacks
What do you think when you think about snacks? It’s unhealthy, it has a lot of calories, could be a problem with blood sugar levels and the list goes on. I love chocolate candy. I love Peanut butter. I love raw honey. So I came up with a dark chocolate peanut butter sandwich bar. Everyone that has tried it, loves them too.
I use organic coco powder and coco butter which comes from the coco beans. I add vanilla and I sweeten it with raw unfiltered honey. Now this dark chocolate does not have a bitter taste at all. It’s a chocolate candy that you have never tasted before and it’s actually healthy to eat. The coco powder has many minerals that your body needs and raw honey is so amazing because it has minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. So how is that for a healthy snack? Want to try some? My second snack is a peanut butter sandwich bar. It has a peanut butter cookie on the bottom, peanut butter with honey and chopped peanuts in the center and peanut butter cookie on top. If you love peanuts, you’ll go nuts over my peanut butter cookie bar. The peanut butter is homemade using roasted peanuts, raw honey and a pinch of salt.
